建立與歐洲頂尖智慧機器人相關領域機構的合作管道，聚焦於智慧載具與自主系統的技術突破及平台建置。拜訪單位如下：

- 西門子技術中心(Siemens Technology Center, STC)
- 德國卡爾斯魯爾理工學院(Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT)
